Very good hotel, very good value for money .

The location/accessibility is great, cleaness is very good, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable. Special thanks to the housekeeper "Surya" who was so nice , fast and perfect in every thing he did.

The people at the breakfast canteen are so noisy despite the variety of food that is available. Also, probably more staff are needed to manage the occasional chaos.

Very good hotel and value for money

Hotel was very fairly priced and fairly local to all areas of Dubai within a 10/15 min radius - staff were very friendly and also were very receptive to any questions I had

The pool area looked a lot better on the photos but I guess that is down to my own perception, also had a slight issue with my room when checking in as it wasn’t ready until the following afternoon - so had a temporary room to start with. But was quickly rectified the next day and got a room with a good view

Friendly staff, good location, good transfers to the beach and shopping centers, daily cleaning and free coffee and water every day.

Breakfast and dinner were the same every day, it was boring.

Everything was fine. Very good location and the kindness of the staff. Khan was very kind. There is always free fresh water, free beach and pool tools, free coffe in the rooms. Bathroom was very big with shower and bade. The pool is just perfect, enough deep and also good for the children.

Good value for money.

Mr Hany was really helpful and friendly, when I was checking out. Nice other staff also. Location is good. Hotel is very good value for money. Metro is near to walk. In generally, atmosphere is great and cozy.

Evening buffet could have wider selection, on different days. Sauna needs a bit renovation. Hotel room fridge needs to be cooler.

Nice enough hotel - great for the price..

Good location with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. The value for money was excellent..

The elevators are ridiculously small for a hotel of that size. In the busy morning times- you might wait 20 mins to find an elevator that had room to get in.. This was a bad design decision. We walked the stairs a few times but were only on Floor 8- so doable..

Great hotel in Dubai, with excellent location, tasty food, and friendly staff.

We stayed at Atana Hotel for 8 nights and had a pleasant experience. From early check-in to the hotel facilities, it is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is close to a metro station, making it convenient to reach all the main attractions in Dubai. Additionally, the hotel provides shuttle transfers, which are a good alternative to the metro and taxis. The breakfast and dinner were really tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. We were especially satisfied with the dinners—every day there was something new, with a great selection of well-seasoned fish and meat. Big compliments to the hotel chef! The staff were always helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank Arman, our daily housekeeper, who took great care of us and always greeted us with a warm smile. :) We would definitely come back again.

In our room, the water was quite cold. Although it was hot outside, it would have been nice to have warmer water in the room.

Very Good

Spent a few days with family 2+2 in the hotel. In general we are happy with the quality. It offers a very good price to value. Location is reasonable, around 1km frkm Dubai Internet City metro station which may be important when arriving in the middle of the night from Abu Dhabi airport. We used a Family room on the 20th floor with a relatively nice view towards Dubai center. Burj Khalifa could be seen from the balcony . Room was very clean, well maintained by a lovely and a VERY helpful cleaner named DILIP I believe. Dilip was alway eager to help and assist in eveything. Other stuff was also polite and ready to assist. Hotel offers complimentary towels to be used either at the beach, sauna, swimming pool or gym. To our surprise we were also given a chance to print our 'boarding tickets' without any charge (required by AUH). Some voices complain out road noise, but I think it's bearable (but not quite quite).

Very nice hotel but can be better for what you pay.

The location is excellent. The car parking is very convenient. The rooms are good and comfortable. Cleanliness is very good. Very friendly staff and housekeeping is thorough. Showers are great.

We booked a full board stay, with 3 meals a day. The food is good. A couple of things though. The breakfast is very crowded, despite the relaxed time window. One disappointment is the lack of a coffee machine in the restaurant. In my opinion this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to be without coffee machines where you can choose to have an espresso or a latte etc. I've been in many hotels with lower star count which had multiple decent coffee machines. The pool is also too small obviously for two towers that can accommodate more than 1500 people. The hotel is on the main roads, so if you don't stay at higher levels, expect some noise from the traffic and the streets.

Family stop over stay

Good value for money, good location, convenient for sightseeing, safe and good option for families, nice staff, great benefit of early check-in and late check-out which was perfect for us. We used it for a couple of nights before starting a cruise ship holiday. The metro station is walkable. The room was good size, fairly clean but dated and basic. It is a good and comfortable option if you are on a budget in Dubai and want something that will just do the job for sightseeing.

The food was OK but not many vegetarian options. The breakfast was so busy and a bit hectic. This is a large hotel with many rooms and the breakfast area was always very busy, struggling to find a table. The water in pools is cold, because the tall towers are preventing the water from getting enough sun but this is not a hotel's fault, but just sokething to consider. The waiting for lifts is long so sometimes this is annoying. The problem is busy times like for breakfast and check out. We used the kids club but I was not impressed. It was very expensive and did not feel secure in terms of getting in and out. There is no designated staff for this. In our case there was a lady who was working with pool and beach towels who then did the hour of kids club. I decided to stay with the kids as thought it was not secure enough. I would not pay and recommend again. Apart from pool, the property is missing a small playground or some other attraction for kids, if families are their big customer base.
